If you work with me, you should know what I stand for. I believe in doing what you say and saying what you do. You must walk the walk before you talk the talk, and that’s a hill I’m willing to die on.

It’s important to know where we both stand on all matters, whether we’re discussing possible candidates, compensation, or personal obstacles – if there’s no room for honesty, we’ll have a difficult time collaborating.

Career
I have a broad knowledge and understanding of business challenges in local and international companies as I’ve spent most of my career in the HR industry, technical outsourcing and executive search for managers and board members. Some years ago I've done some soul searching and did an intensive coaching course of two years. I got icf training and specialized in 'Coaching with the enneagram'. All of this changed my life significantly and ever since I've done coaching as a job for people who feel like they are stuck in life, work or relationships.
Personal
I’ve traveled extensively and lived and worked abroad (The Netherlands, Africa and Switzerland). As a single mother of two teenage daughters, I’ve developed excellent time management skills – I always have a backup plan in case things go wrong, too. I’m very interested in people; I want to understand your drive and what makes you tick.
I like to invest in relationships for the long term. In my free time, you can find me out on a long walk in nature or enjoying a day at the spa.
